Poopy head is one of the worst insults out there, it is implying that their head smells, looks, and feels like shit, so next time your in an argument with the person you despise the most, if you want to ruin their life, call them a poopy head.

For example, you could say, “you smell like baby katas toilet, he’s taking pictures of you and posting it to wikishit, you’re the poopiest poopy head I’ve ever seen!”
