He discriminated against minority tenants in housing complexes he owned in New York City — and his beliefs remain clear today as he describes peaceful protesters as “thugs” and refuses to recognize the tragedy of George Floyd’s death (and the deaths of others like Floyd).
He rejects the fact that climate change is taking place, and has withdrawn America from the Paris climate accord.
He tells Middle America that he cares about it, yet he is trying to destroy the Affordable Care Act and has pushed through a tax cut that mostly benefits the very wealthy and rich corporations.
He has disemboweled the Republican Party.
He has urged the nation’s top doctors to investigate whether injecting disinfectants is a good way to kill the coronavirus.
He wants to run the executive branch like a Mafia mob, and demands that everyone from FBI directors to military generals swear personal allegiance to him.
