Does not necessarily have to be a racist, Can belong to any income tax bracket, Can have formal education or not, Most modern day Rednecks are not your stereo typical Rednecks in appearance.

People like: Larry The Cable Guy Lower Tax Bracket nice guy non racist Redneck. Sarah Palin Upper tax bracket indifferent contradicting Redneck. About 95% of Republicans are Rednecks.
