Klinefelter's syndrome

Klinefelter's syndrome, 47, XXY or XXY syndrome is a condition caused by a chromosome aneuploidy. Affected males have an extra X sex chromosome. The principal effect is small testes development and reduced fertility. A variety of other physical and behavioral differences and problems are common, though severity varies and many boys and men with the condition have few detectable symptoms. It is the second most common extra chromosome condition, and is named after Dr. Harry Klinefelter, an endocrinologist at Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, Massachusetts, who first described it in 1942. The condition exists in roughly 1 out of every 500 to 1,000 males.

Yoda Syndrome

The syndrome of getting your sentences muddled when under pressure or being made nervous, so one sounds like Yoda from Star Wars i.e. when a person you are attracted to starts talking to you.

I think my brother has Fortnite Syndrome. He’s been playing nonstop ever since we bought the game.

Mac Syndrome

An affliction that most people, even full-grown adults, suffer from when they receive their first Apple computer. Symptoms of Mac Syndrome include obsessive use of Photobooth and of all its photo-filters, recording videos using the pre-mentioned filters as well, and proceeding to upload every single one to facebook or any other social networking site. While not contagious, it is highly aggrivating, to the point where certain friends of the person may blatantly tell them to stop and shut the fuck up.

Girl: I just got my new iMac! I'm going to invite everyone over and take pictures!

Guy: Awesome, have fun!

*ten thousand PhotoBooth sessions later, all of them uploaded to facebook*

Guy: Oh my god, you've got Mac Syndrome out the ying-yang. Shut the fuck up.

Hiro Syndrome

When a nearly-flawless male character in any form of media (usually a well-liked character or even the fanbase favorite) has a sudden change in personality as a result of a relationship with a female character. This change in personality is "a turn for the worse," making the character unwelcome in the media, and often unliked by the majority of fans.

"I don't get it! Hiro's acting like such a dick just because of that bitch Ayaka!"

Cheezburger Syndrome

A mild, low spectrum form of Autism (not unlike Asperger Syndrome) brought about by overexposure to the Internet. Accompanying symptoms include : greasy hair, pale skin, poor hygiene and an overwhelming dearth of social skills.
