OWUP is an Acronym for Over Worked Under Paid.
Antonym of UWOP, Under Worked Over Paid.

Told my boss I was OWUP and needed more help or increase my pay. He said that for the what I produced I was not as productive as I should be, hence overpaid. Then he fired me.
