Magnate, in the sense of Morgan and Vanderbilt, who are very well known for controlling a vast majority of influence in their respective industries. Here, "chick magnate" refers to one man's near-domination of the female population in an average city-sized geographical area.

Side-chick

A dusty, thirsty bird that one keeps around strictly for beating up the hot box. You usually have to gas her up by alluding to the possibility of a relationship in the near future, in order to get the buns. A throw away broad that an individual wears out like a boss, unbeknownst to said individual's main squeeze. Side-chicks are usually cool with their status as a slide-off due to the fact that they either have no shame or they're blinded by love. Not someone that you'd want to bone without a rubber. Guys can be side-chicks as well which could be equally, if not even more pathetic.

My wife is headed to work so I'm just going to sleep until two in the afternoon and then call the side-chick over real quick to get my dick wet for a minute.

this is the girl in every group of friends that nobodies really sure whose friend she is, or who called her out, but is mysteriously always around at parties bars clubs and any general weekend get together. this chick is morbidly obese by medical definition wich is a minimum of 50 pounds overweight. She for some reason acts like she is sexy and is overly flirtatious with the known single guys in the group, and typically makes obscene and unwelcome comments such as: you can touch my breasts, ill go down, do you want a backrub, you know you like it, and i love penis. She is also usually very grabby. to add insult to injury this girl is almost always painfully unattractive.
