An abusive word of overall Asia and frequently used. Literal meaning is Mother fucker where as political meaning is part time whore & cultural meaning is A man who sell his sister and mother of sex. Sometime it is also used for the dirty dog who don't accept what he's ordered to do. Sexually it's acceptable meaning is dick.
