Get the drop loadsmug. Derived from the cliché "digging yourself into a hole" (In a conversation; where someone keeps saying things which make their own situation more and more awkward). "Drop the shovel" may be said to the person digging themselves into the hole by another member of the conversation concerned for the person's welfare, indicating that they should stop talking to avoid making the situation any worse. Created by the only Matthew Jones in Cardiff.
Jake: And I said to my girl, "Shut it, fatty!" Ha. But she got the joke.
Tom: Ha! It's funny because she is a little bit chubby!
Jake: No...that's not why it's funny. My girl's not chubby.

a hole that closely fits the baseplate of a truck is cut through the deck, the baseplate the truck is removed from the hanger, then both are reattached with the deck between. the bolts are used upside-down for this.
trucks are dropped to lower the riding surface for stability in speedboarding and sliding, and to give a more comfortable push for cruising. the closer the deck surface is to the ground, the less the distance one must step down to push is.
also, the dropped deck will cradle more than tip than a conventional or risered one. this causes a dropped deck poorer geometry for traction because it centers the rider's weight toward the wheels outside of a turn and gives a strange feeling while carving.
if the riding surface is below the axle, the board is probably TOO low.

Get the drop-thrumug. Similar to 'back washing,' back dropping occurs when discrete piece of food is dropped back onto the place they are taken from. For example, eating a bag of chips and having a few pieces from your mouth fall back inside the bag.
