A "geek" in street terms or around drug dealers and users means that the person who is a "geek" is a very bad drug addict. Someone who will do anything for drugs. Not unlike a "crackhead", "cluck", or "dope fein"

Geeks vary from school to school but in most cases we are invisible. People won’t notice you until you actually say hi. We are more social than nerds and fully express our fandom and what we love. Geek Squad is a thing at Best Buy where their geeks fix your stuff and crap but most likely they won't as they don't really know a thing as again their geeks.

Geek Drunk

Also known as geek wasted. Getting geek drunk is the act of losing all self control and/or inhibitions when around new technologies.

Being so in awe of some new gadget or technology that you have a hard time bringing coherent thoughts out to be discussed. In actuality you are reduced to a drooling, babbling idiot. Therefore you are Geek Drunk or Geek Wasted.

geeking out

"Geeking out" refers to the unnatural human infatuation or resulting obsession over a person, place or thing (common noun). Usually"geeking out" results in the human joining discussion boards, forums, real life outings, etc., where other geeks with similar interests discuss how great or shitty the noun is. Google is a key tool in geeking out. Research and knowledge is shared among the members in these gatherings thereby strengthening their geekyness. This geeking out behavior provides mental satisfaction and to some level order in the human's chaotic life.

Geek #1:Oh Shit! Did you see the new graphic card?!
Geek #2: OMG yes! I so want to get it!
Geek #1: It has like more gigabytes, gigahertz, and CUDA's that the previous one!
Geek #2: Shit man, I want to buy two, but I can't afford it.
Geek #1: *Sigh* Yeah, me too.

Sane person #1: Look at those geeks!
Sane person #2: They are totally "geeking out" over stupid shit.
