Some Children's armies also create micro nations, governed and controlled by children. Most children in the Children's Army are from the ages of 7-16 years of age.

A philistine. A person who has no taste in music. A person who is an assa and not an insa. It can also be used for a person who tries too hard to be edgy.
Example 1:

A : Hey did you hear about the new transfer student?
B : I heard he's a non-ARMY...
A : ugh and I even thought he's hot for a sec..what a turn-off!

Example 2:

Person 1 : We need to invite everyone this Saturday! ARMYs and non-ARMYs alike. It's gonna be the biggest party ever!

Person 2 : Are you serious? Even Non-ARMYs??? Don't blame me if the parts turns out to be boring lol.
