The Front, Back, And Inside Out

When you simply have only one clean pair of underwear on Wednesday and laundry is on Saturday. You use the front of the pantaloons, then the back. You procede to fold them inside out and repeat the cycle. Gross.

pull-it-out-of-your-asstimate

A hasty response to a request for data or information, such as project time-frames or costs, that has the appearance of being relevant and well considered while in actuality being largely baseless and pulled from thin air.

Similar to a guesstimate but lacking any forthright element, pull-it-out-of-your-asstimates are typically a response to an unreasonable request or means of quickly escaping an otherwise long, drawn-out and pointless discussion.
Even though I haven't seen any of the requirements or initial design documents the boss wouldn't stop hassling me for a scope of work. I had to give him a pull-it-out-of-your-asstimate of 4 weeks to get him off my case so I could start figuring our what it's really going to take.
