1) must have a maximum power output of 250 watts so is 350 watts or more for example
2) should not be able to propel the bike when it’s travelling more than 15.5mph but can

So people and Police without a LIDAR think that your pedalling is propelling the Bike and not the illegal motor.

I love Ghost Riding past the Police as they don't have a clue!

dumpster ride

A group bicycle ride that meets at a specific dumpster in New Hartford, Connecticut. Before the ride the cyclists prep their bicycles and then urinate behind the dumpster, sometimes taking advantage of the hand cleaner gel that hangs on the dumpster. Posters with public health information have been posted on the dumpster in the past (STD recognition). The dumpster has also been decorated for Halloween.
