This is usually very frustrating to the caller as they have to introduce themselves and explain why the are calling again.
That company sucks - I had an problem with their product and when I called to get it resolved, I was blind transferred and had to explain the problem all over again.

The same can apply for a big-ass stroller when a single mom boards the bus, but she can take up to five seats. Three seats for the stroller and up to two seats for her huge ass thus forcing those who have been working hard on their feet all day to give up their seat should they happen to sit in the designated are; but of course one should always give up their seat for the elderly.
Some idiots will blame the OC Transpo bus strike in 2008-2009 is the real reason why they dropped out of college and not because they are too fucking stupid and lazy to make arrangements for alternative transportation to and from school.
