Adjective - to commit to something or someone, only to later go back on your word without any communication whatsoever. Especially in the context of a school, where the entire administrative hallway might have promised to do something, only to later go back on their word without any communication whatsoever.

He asked Macy to prom and then pulled an Admin-Hall on her and didn't show up.
They promised to help start a coffee shop and then pulled an Admin-Hall and didn't follow through.

Hall Pass

A term used to describe the one person who doesn’t fit within your Sexual preference but you would date/be-with regardless. Someone who, if given the chance, you would go against your sexuality for and not think twice about it. Typically given to a Celebrity crush, or a person who more than likely wouldn’t be with you. It could honestly be your best friend, but to classify them as a Hall Pass, they would have to be the 1 Exception. This term works best referring with, but not limited to, Heterosexual, Homosexual, or Asexual individuals.

Note : Typically you are allowed 1 Hall Pass, entailing your 1 exception, but under certain circumstances you can argue your case for another. This extreme circumstance can grant you at most 2 total.

Chatham Hall

Chatham Hall, a place where spoiled rich girls go. The riders attitudes are almost as bad as their ability to ride. Everyone is stuck up for no reason. Most of them will be nice in front of you but the second you turn your back will be the nastiest snake you’ve ever seen. I warn you don’t waste your time and money!
