They are under the delusion that the world revolves around them and security officers are supposed to be stupid enough to deviate from or even break their protocol to accommodate their overblown, delicate egos. They'll play the victim and cry that security officers are dicks and bullies who "gave them a hard time" because they didn't bend to their will.
