Horse's ass

Someone who's got most of their true muscle between their ears, but still makes neverending desperate attempts to physically dominate people with body language (especially in crowded public settings), often resulting in police showing up to threaten people who don't think life is like a poker tournament or a trip to Vegas. Also known as an instigator.

He/she was a horse's ass, but not everybody was ignoring him/her like she thought, many of them were rejecting him/her, but he/she could never see that, all the muscle between the ears was dense.

Horse Girl

A typically socially awkward white girl with horses on everything she owns and obsesses over them, sometimes owning one or more, or often found in close proximity to them. It is implied that they might also ride the animal in more ways than one due to this obsession. This is a natural interpretation that anyone would have bc of the long gazes at, drooling over and constant discussions about said beasts. People often attempt to modify this meaning, but this dictionary is for saying the quiet parts out loud so people actually understand and can use said word in the proper context.
