It can be anykind of pollution, often not referring to environmental pollution or any environmental issues. People will not compete for Universal Pollution and its supply is far greater than its demand (probably no demand), scarcity will not occur. People would like to get rid of Universal Pollution. People would prefer less of them. It has a negative price and it is with a negative value to the consumer. Therefore, Universal Pollution is a kind of bads (opposite of economic goods).

We should get rid of Universal Pollution.
