Get the internet larpingmug. Your typical age-biased, computer bound, unsanitary slob with foreign interests/obsessions of an otherwise normal person (troll faces, the hobbit, anime, portal 2, etc). Typically book-smart but never street smart, usually can't catch a joke unless it is related to weird internet memes that would send most people up a tree.
The internet people epidemic is believed to have first originated from the creation of the "troll face" in 2011 and has since grown to define an entire culture of people, thus calling for an official definition. It is predicted that by 2050 as technology becomes more popular, that most teens in the USA will be internet people, thus making for a major decline in athleticism and attractive traits amongst US citizens.
SIDE NOTE: these people do not know they are being weird and therefore cannot help it, as the epidemic was molded into them via the internet. Trying to douse them at school will only encourage them to be weirder in hopes you will catch their drift.

Most users retain their IP address for the lifetime of the contract with thier isp, although some companies (AOL and it's subsidiaries) give out dynamic IP addresses. When an AOL user logs on, they are allocated a random IP from the pool of free ones. Since AOL is huge, and not all of it's customers are online at once, it saved on IP's buy getting less than it had customers. IP's can be hidden by subnet masks, proxy servers or ciphers.

Get the internet protocolmug. The all powerful overseer of the internet. Consider it the master moderator of all cyber space, but it has much more powerful abilities than just Bans. Many doubt the existence of the internet dragon, but that's exactly what it wants you to think. Any time you hear about some troll mysteriously dieing you can probably blame the internet dragon.
Did he about Dave? He was posing as a 12 year old girl on a "Older Men Seeking Very Young Girls" chat room when his monitor EXPLODED in his face! Now he eats out of a tube and shits in his pants.
