1. The steep, uncontrollable lean of someone nodding out hard on opioids—especially fentanyl—where their body looks like it’s about to slide right off reality.
2. A temporary gravitational phenomenon where someone bends at the waist like they’re inspecting invisible ants on the sidewalk... for hours.

Dope fiend

Or AKA "Dope Feen" slang for; someone who is addicted to a narcotic. (Drug Addict/Addiction).

For example: She’s a dope fiend because she can’t go without drugs. She puts drugs before her own priorities. So you could say “The drug is controlling her, she’s not controlling the drug”
