A player inside a "Pick Up Game" or "PUG" (Most commonly used in the terms of CS:GO) who claims to be an "In Game Leader" or "IGL". They always believe themselves to be the most knowledgeable player on the team and will fight tooth and nail to prove you are wrong. This term is used mostly as an insult claiming the person being called a "PUG IGL" is in fact, not very intelligent but instead they are very strong headed.

Bro I hate all these PUG IGLs in ESEA games. I keep getting matched up with kids who have a trash record in Open claiming they're the reason their team works smh my head
