Gym Wanker

A person who obviousy doesn't go to the gym often if even at all, but decides to go once and attempts to workout but does all the workouts for the machines incorrectly and afterwards believes they still got a legitimate work out in and may even post on social media about how they "got a good workout in "even though they didn't legitimatly do one.
