Closest thing to God, without electricity you have nothing. A combination of lineman and cablemen, the PLT will fix any electrical problem , can diagnose sicknesses, perform surgeries, fly planes and correct engineers work. Mostly outdoorsy , they can make fire with sticks. Working off of little to no sleep ,one could say that the PLT doesn't go to bed, they just wake up.

When used at the beginning of a sentence, this word is a variety of the 'filler' word basically. Another direct replacement for technically is essentially. Maybe the speaker sees his or her own bad speech patterns and recycles these three words while speaking. Filler words add absolutely nothing to the sentence being spoken. The technical can upgrade its weaponry by salvaging enemy parts and by purchasing armor piercing bullets at the black market. It can also hold up to 5 troops, making it an effective transport vehicle. However, unlike the USA Humvee, the troops cannot fire out of the vehicle while they are inside.
