A person who does nothing with there life, and lacks to find purpose. They rely on others to make there life something interesting. They have no understanding of money, and make unattractive decisions like buying several trainers, to leave them BROKE (without money).

Scumbag Format

Slang derogatory term for MTG "Type 2" (Standard) tournament format. This tournament style is looked down upon because it requires players to continuously buy new cards, since after a few months cards become banned.

"Naah, I can't play my deck there, they only do scumbag."
