One day, i was walking around in the shire and suddenly, i found i was lost in Loftus!! it took me 3 and a half days to find another person. and he didn't have a phone. it took me another 2 whole weeks to find a phone. then i was rescued

Loafty Motherfucker

Someone who always takes their sweet ass time going places, or just doing anything. They always take FOREVER to do anything. If you plan on leaving on time make sure you tell your loafty motherfucker of a friend that your leaving 20 minutes before your actually leaving so they will be fully ready to go out the door.
