A halfing moment refers to an incredibly failed attempt trying to be funny, humorous, comical or amusing in any type of way. It's usually executed by a person desperate for acceptance and approval of their unexisting personality, of which they hopelessly can't get change.

Only receiving the first dose of the Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 vaccines, but not receiving the second. Receiving the second will make you fully vaccinated.

I only got the first dose, so I'm halfinated. Can't wait to hang out once I'm fully vaccinated!

The act of making up a word prior to finding a meaning or use for said word, and is a tactic often employed during games of scrabble.

Halvinating is itself a product of the process which it describes (but coincidentally this did not involve a game of scrabble, just a group of trashbags having dinner in a restaurant preceding an epic night out @ Lounge in Melbourne).

A: "Yeah! Triple bitches! SHACISM!"
B: "Dude that's not a word what the frack is that?"
A: "Hey man it *is* a word. It means...discrimination against SHAMANS!"
