Adjective: appreciating several different genres. Most commonly applied to music, but can also refer to films, games or any other media.

Not to be confused with genre slag.

Nat, who loved hard bounce, hard house, hardcore, gabba and DnB, was said to be genre fluid.

Fluddle

'Fluddle' is a medium sized expanse of surface water, to small to be a Flood, but to big to be a Puddle.

It is an in-between acronym 'FL'OOD + P'UDDLE' = FLUDDLE.

A 'Fluddle' is commonly found on a dodgy B-road in the UK, just after a medium downpour of rain. There will usually be a sign just before it stating there to be a 'Flood' ahead. Upon approach huge disappointment is felt after thinking there to be a Flood ahead, with the possibility of aquaplaning!!! Only to find a 'Fluddle', a medium sized expanse of water with no real name.

Fluid Motion

A term to describe when an action is done rather well.
The action is usually done without thought and thus being expressed from the heart.
It is most commonly used when describing the movement of a dancer or sportsman. Hence the "fluid" expression.

Look at that small brummie dance, that is true fluid motion.

The curler releases the stone with fluid motion.
