Term mainly used to describe black men who think women should submit to them while at the same time expecting the women to support them financially. They proceed to call the women "masculine" when they refuse to submit or ask them to get a job. They fail to provide and protect the women and children in their community as well as fail to keep black communities safe. They tend to prefer dating overweight white women claiming that they are more "submissive, generous and feminine" than black women while at the same time repeating history by leaving the white women single moms. They tell black women to "choose better" when they are abused or cheated on by their black boyfriend/husbands, but when these same black women date/marry white men they become infuriated. This is when the gas lighting toward black women begins and they take to social media to call them "bed wenches". They complain that black women are selling out and turning their backs on the black community, while at the same time praise other black men for dating non black women.

The term is used exchangeably with "three trash bag struggle dusty", "struggle bandit" or "remedial trash bag".

They are usually high school drop outs and sell drugs late at night calling themselves "street pharmacists." They have an inferiority complex and blame white men for it. They are angry about it and too afraid to challenge the dominance of white men in society so they date white women as a way to compete with white men and/or make white men angry. They usually want to be supported by the women they date and refuse to get a job. They use white supremacy as an excuse for their "plight." They carry around three metaphorical trash bags: "dereliction, degeneracy and drama". They like to call themselves "kings" but have no kingdom. They enjoy being in prison to sleep with other men and are ecstatic to have three free meals per day. They have no goals, aspirations or plans to make their communities safer. They are comfortable taking on a feminine role in the black community and expect black women to carry the weight of the black community while at the same time chastise them for being too "masculine."
