Much like the Cleveland Steamer, the Cajun Steamer involves shitting on the chest of a sexual partner. However, the Cajun Steamer is performed after eating too much cajun food, resulting in massively painful liquid shits that splatter off the chest of the receiver to cover the room in the wonderful aroma of digested cajun food.
