In the Military a Brogent is a Non-Commisioned Officer, whom is also a Bro.

A Brogent is expected to portray himself as both capable of leading soldiers, and his fellow Bros to acomplish the mission. Be that clearing a building(of insurgents or Angry Boyfriends), or negotiating the minefield(or a bar at 2am).
