This refers to a situation where someone is accused of something, and while there is evidence presented, there is uncertainty about whether that evidence is genuine or fabricated, yet it has been officially deemed valid.

Validate parking

A code word for sucking dick, especially when done in a parking garage, store, restaurant, hospital, movie theatre, or airport. Can be done by or for you from any random person of either gender.

Example 1:
Chris: Where did Becky go?
Charlie: I think she’s going to validate parking for some guy 😉
Example 2:
Nick: Sorry it took so long guys! I just had a guy validate parking for me.
