-} This emoji was obviously created by some Masters or some well-known people of coarse but most of us came to know about it from Facebook like no one has ever wondered of using a Pacman emoji in conversations.
-} as because it appears to be an utterly smiling face ,we use it while writing mainly after framing a sarcastic sentence.
-} This an emoji that can be used instead of xD. And you know what this face looks like Sunio of Doraemon a lot .
