(The Thomas Carlyle, the Louisa May-Alcott, the Emily Dickinson, the Mark Twain, etc...) Most buildings were built in the 1920's and have art-deco architecture and no parking. Which is fine, because they are mostly occupied by hipsters who ride bikes.
I wanted to live downtown, but LoDo is too douchy and I can only afford like $500 a month in rent, so I moved to Poet's Row.
