It can also refer to people. If someones got "the cleans" then they're good lookin' or tight

The Cleaner

A person who facilates directives according to the minute of the day

Cleaners do what they are directed to do.

The cleaners girlfriend cannot yell at him.
They are free of a hot meal

A cleaner is someone who cleans the house, and does the dishes, and does not get a plate of food. Having to eat off of the plates of leftovers that are cold, on the same plate not a clean one. The cleaner puts his dad to bed at 8:15 and has to stay and cannot leave.

popular scene kids in Bucks County PA, that everyone knows from myspace. they all look alike and claim that one another stole each others "style" they all suck horribly. and seriously need to get a life. they all say their not scene, and that they have always been like that. their only friends with each other because it fits their style. the clan has 69 members and still counting.
