textfast

The period of time between texts. Usually spanning overnight but mainly used to describe the gap--either curated or naturally occurring--in texting between two people who have just recently met online.

I don't want to play any games so I'll just break the textfast by messaging Lex good morning so it won't be awkward.

Lost in Textlation

When you try to say something via text but the tone is lost and you just end up explaining the initial content again stating your initial intentions.
