PC is short for President Cheeto. Those of us who are totally bummed by P45's election and don't ever want to say his name need a quick shorthand way to refer to the orange skinned golden scumbag. PC is a good choice because he hates political correctness. Also, PC has many other meanings which fit, such as Plastic Cock, for dildo, Porn Cancer, for addicted to porn, and Problem Child.
