AND he is a bitch for not stopping Jimmy from crashing the ship and getting blamed for it while basically being a living crisp. He witnesses everyone get killed (and eats his leg) and then gets into the freeze pod that will most likely never get discovered.

The term originates from the indie game 'MOUTHWASHING', created by the indie company 'Wrong Organ', where one of the characters consistently avoided taking responsibility for their mistakes.

E.g.
"You should stop Mouthwashing and admit to your mistakes already."
"Mouthwashing!" (Exclaimed when witnessing someone dodge accountability.)
"I don't like name, they're always Mouthwashing."
