Backstory:
Luxury Gollum is normal Gollum but with a Gucci belt and a toupée. He found the Gucci belt after losing the ring and put it on out of sheer desperation. After finding it to add on to his looks he added the toupée and felt good about himself.
Unfortunately, now he wants the ring even more because he thinks it would enhance his looks further.
