pronounced "clay-nus"
Word derived from equal parts of "Cletus" which sounds like some sort of STD or variation of "clit" and then "Anus".
1. The clanus is the small bridge of skin between the clit and the anus on a female.
2. The space between the dumpster and the playground.
3. Similar, or female version of what is called a taint on a male.

Stay away from her clanus or you'll catch the funk.
