The reigon of southwest Kentucky/ nortwest Tennesee,(see Kentuckasee) because in all honesty the two reigons/cultures are so intertwined and different from the rest of thier respective states that they make up a state in itself.
Inhabitants are known as K-10ers (K-Tenners or Kentuckaseeans)

Is a nickname of a district in Oslo, norway, called Kjelsaas.
It's widely used among youth in the district and most of the youth in the rest of Oslo knows exactly what you mean when you say that you're from K-town.

A style that only people with brains and skill can use effectively.
