More along the lines of "pretty smile!" or "nice dress!"
But is is often called out with the typical whistle :)

To call someone up with the intention of kissing for a long period time. Usually done by those not in a relationship. Rumored to be a myth since it leads to the infamous booty call.

I just got my period and don't want sex. Maybe I should call CJ for a makeout call instead.

Talking on your cell phone while taking a dump, ie, moving thine bowels.

I was making a dump call this morning to my brother, and he was not amused by the flush that followed.

Calling people in rapid succession. Using used to describe how someone called all his friends to come over if he was at a fun party.

The party was small until Jimmy decided to rape call all of his skater friends.

Call India

An expression people say when they want someone to call a customer service phone number for a product or service. It comes from the idea that all companies have outsourced their customer service departments to another country, most notably India.

Guy 1: Oh man, I just bought this new router and it's already messing up.
Guy 2: Call India.
