day rave

(n.)- one of the worst ideas ever. it's basically this outdoor party where a bunch of totally hung-over and zonked-out people just show up and feel shitty together, while giant lawn speakers blast techno music and amplify everybody's headaches from the night before. the only people there that aren't completely out of it are the DJs and the cops that show up in the middle of things to take everybody 'home.' i've only gone to one of these, and it was ultimately the worst experience i've ever had.
