The cigarette smell left on people and clothes after smoking cheap or alot of cigarettes. Also, the smell coming from a pack of cigarettes with a half-smoked cigarette left inside. Unlike the smell of an ashtray, this musty mess is still fresh and tar-like.

When Joe got back from his smoke break, he hung his cigamusty jacket right by my chair. I almost blew chunks.

Cigaspliff

A cigarette and a spliff in one. A Cigarette which has been half emptied of tobacco and refilled with marijuana. It would be a good idea except you don't get any THC because of the filter.

A cigarette is what is smoked by either retarded people or by people who think they're cool or badass because they saw some thugs smoking in movies. However, they do provide evidence for natural selection, as those intelligent enough will not smoke while the rest will... well, kill himself like an idiot.
