dick move 

A perfect example of someone doing a dick move is regifting a lame item from Walmart or talking around a sensitive subject to avoid being held accountable (i.e. Sean wants to be down with the homies but is never successful because he makes dick moves all the time)

Homeless Stephen was asking for food that I provided and found at the crosswalk the next day without the unused airport candy. It was a total dick move!
