To be called a Fran Burt can mean best friend, however It has many interpretations. You could say a Fran Burt is an OG or a sassy bitch. However to be a Fran Burt you have to say what you think. You have to be rude and annoying but you also have to balance it with humour. For example a Fran Burt may say someone’s fringe looks like a character off of SHREK. This is both funny and rude you need that balance to be called a Fran Burt if you meet a Fran Burt you are extremely lucky. You will never laugh as much with anyone else as you would with a Fran Burt.
