A double sized alcoholic shot containg the following:1 one ounce shot of Jameson Isish whiskey,1 one ounce shot of two day old hot Mickeys malt liquor(must be from a 40oz bottle),and a heavy spray of mace.The resulting drink will leave the drinker writhing on the floor in intense stomach pain.Withing a few hours of consumption,the drinker will then be unable to control bowels,deficating all over themselves.
