Popularized by a Chelsea Life Jacket video on TikTok in which Hugo is asked if he wants to come 'carni', referring to Notting Hill Carnival, to which he replies that he has been 'Tossing the pill about with Chuggsy'. This odd expression, paired with their posh voices and gentrification of carnival led to the phrase becoming a brief meme mocking Enlgish rugby schoolboys.

Often the person that is "Fandom-Pilled" will have the object of their fandom as their personality, will talk about the propety heavily, and take on the opinions of the group and stand by them with their lives.
They will also take any opinions that don't align with the opinions of others (or just plain ol' critique;) as an attack on them specifically, and will vocally make that know. (And, also, will Vocally signal that they are "Fandom-Pilled".)
Most of these people are a part of one (or more) of the "Loud Fandoms" (iykyk).

Red Pill men believe that women must adhere to a strict set of gender based guidelines including (but not limited to), dressing in feminine clothing, wearing minimal makeup, maintaining purity (virginity or a low 'body count'), and maintaining a submissive and obedient attitude.
The Red Pill 'group' is closely associated with the manosphere, and contains other well-known misogynist communities like: incels, men's rights activists, pick-up artists and Alpha/Sigma males.
Many of the more well known figures within this group take to social media to post content spreading their beliefs, this is known as 'Red Pill content'.
