when someone talks shit about someone else because they don't have the guts to say it to their face. There is also a variety of different flavors. Pistachio is saying something a little bad and rocky road is the worst form, mint chip is somewhere in the middle.

Scharf was rocky road ice creaming about the UFC fighter because the fighter dissed his mom.
