"Putin Law" (also called: "The Putin Laws"):
1. Is the "right" to invade a country because another country rejects a Russian Puppet leader.

2. The "right" to invade a country because there are Russian speakers or Russian "interest" (undefined).

3. To make light of military conflicts by Russian military.
4. To make light of criminals in Russia or abroad.

pub grub

A slang term for the food served at a pub or bar. Usually it is fast food, grilled or deep fried. Sometimes it is even a frozen pizza cooked in a toaster oven. Salty popcorn is often offered as free pub grub (to encourage drinking.)

Many drinking establishments serve pub grub and some actually have some really good food!
