This is a game played amongst members of the drum corps. They tour the U.S. and during so play this game. In this race each section chooses one of its members to represent them. This representative must then try to get laid as much as possible while on this tour. Whichever representative has gotten laid the most, and in the most states, by the end of the tour is the winner.

It's a form of torture, you shove toy race cars up the anus and due to it's sharp edges it inflicts pain and large bleeding. It is largely used as an alternative way of child abuse amongst the people of Oklahoma.
