Yellow Bone

Yellow Bone, is a slang "Mostly Southern" term for a Black Female with a very light skin complexion. Sometimes they are mixed, but that is not always the case, as Black people come in many different shades.

This term is primarily used by African Americans , and can be taken into serious offense if used by another race.

Red Bone Syndrome

When a light skin women or in some cases light skin men taking long period of time responding to any messages, phone calls and find excuses not to chill with another person.

Person A: Have you hit up Morgan & Jasmyn to see if they are chilling with us?
Person B: I haven't got a response from either one of them. I message them 3 hours ago.
Person A: Their red bone syndrome is at an all time high right now smh.
